ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, to expedite and dispose the case in HMOP.No.1014 of 2019 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that HMOP.No.1014 of 2019 is filed in the year 2019 and therefore, the petitioner seeks speedy disposal of the case.

3.Considering the fact that since HMOP.No.1014 of 2019 is pending from the year 2019 and ex-parte order was already passed, the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, is directed to dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
