This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to file a final report in FIR No.113 of 2018 before the concerned Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.The Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police shall submit a report before the competent Judicial Magistrate, Melur, within a period of two months.
