ORDER

The instant writ petition has been filed by a Village Administrative Officer challenging an order of suspension dated 11.09.2020 and to reinstate him in service.

2.A perusal of the impugned order of suspension reveals that the petitioner has been implicated in a criminal case wherein it is alleged that the petitioner was involved in committing irregularities in the village administrative officer examination in which he got appointment. It could be further seen that so far charge sheet has not yet been laid as against the writ petitioner. When the appointment of the writ petitioner is alleged to be on the basis of certain irregularities in the examination conducted by TNPSC, the question of reviewing the order of suspension does not arise. Unless the criminal case is disposed of in favour of the writ petitioner, the question of reinstating the petitioner as Village Administrative Officer does not arise. 3.With the above said observations, this writ petition stands dismissed.
