ORDER
The first defendant in O.S.No.81 of 2021, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Vadipatti, has filed the present revision petition for expeditious disposal of the above said suit.
2.A perusal of the records reveal that the first respondent in the revision petition had filed a suit for the relief of permanent injunction and for declaration that the document No.96 of 1979 in favour of the first defendant on the file of the Sub Registrar Office, Alanganallur, as null and void. 3.When the suit was posted for trial, the first defendant has settled the property in favour of his son. The plaintiff had filed I.A.No.1 of 2023 to implead the son of the first defendant as the third defendant in the suit. 4.According to the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, the first defendant has already made an endorsement that he does not have any objection for allowing I.A.No.1 of 2023.
5.It could be seen from the "B" diary extracts that from October 2023 onwards, I.A.No.1 of 2023 is kept pending, despite the fact that the first defendant has made an endorsement that he has no objection for allowing the 2/4
application. Citing pendency of I.A.No.1 of 2023, so far, the trial has not yet begun. In the above said circumstances, the present revision petition has been filed by the first defendant for speedy disposal of the suit. 6.Considering the above said facts, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit on or before 31.12.2025.
7.With the above said directions, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
