O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to register a case on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 27.02.2018 and investigate the same, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 27.02.2018, but sofar, no action has been taken and hence, the petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that the petitioner has not appeared for the enquiry.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will appear for the enquiry before the respondent police.

5.Considering the aforesaid submission, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence is made out, he has to register a case and proceed in accordance with law.

6.With the aforesaid observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
