O R D E R

The petitioner is having some kind of dispute with his brother's family with regard to the possession of a petition mentioned house. The petitioner claims that he is in possession of a portion of the house. On account of the instructions given by the third respondent, the key of the house has been taken away by the fourth respondent. The petitioner wants this Court to direct third respondent to return the key.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions states that the key of the house is not with them.

3. Be that as it may respondents 1 to 3 state that they will not interfere in the civil dispute. If any criminal complaint indicating any cognizable offence is received, they will take action as per the law.
