Side) for the first respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that already the investigation has been completed in this case and charge sheet filed, and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.298 of 2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul.
