Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants this Court to direct the respondents to permit them to conduct the petition mentioned event on 12.03.2020.

3.The petitioner's counsel states that there is no rival claim. The petitioner had submitted a representation on 05.03.2020 to the second respondent.

W.P.(MD)No.5141 of 2020 4.The second respondent is directed to issue proceedings granting permission for holding the petition mentioned event. It is open to the second respondent to incorporate appropriate conditions as regards timing and other norms. The petitioner's counsel, on instructions, gives an undertaking that the conditions imposed by the second respondent will be adhered to.

5.The writ petition is disposed of on these terms. No costs.
