ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is the sole accused in Crime No.43 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(a)(i) of NDPS Act. The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.03.2015. He has come forward with this petition seeking bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found in possession of 1 kg of ganja.

3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was in judicial custody from 28.03.2015.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that there is no previous case as against the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances and considering the fact that the petitioner has been in judicial custody from 28.03.2015 and there is no previous case as against the petitioner, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ this court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6.Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Special Court for EC and NDPS Act cases, Thanjavur and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. until further orders.
