O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to direct the first and second respondents not to intervene the commercial dispute between the petitioner and third respondent under the guise of enquiry without following the procedure established by law.

2. The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] would submit that it is purely a commercial transaction and the respondent police is in need of certain materials to complete the investigation. Further, the respondent police undertakes not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. It is further submitted that C.S.R.No.41 of 2020 has been assigned and summons has been issued on 27.02.2020 to appear on 06.03.2020 for enquiry but the petitioner has not cooperated for the same.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent nos.1 & 2 not to intervene the commercial dispute between the petitioner and third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.[MD]No.5012 of 2020 respondent. Further, the petitioner is also directed to furnish the relevant materials enabling the respondent police to expeditiously complete the enquiry.
