ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as accused Nos.2 to 4 apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 366(A) of I.P.C., in Crime No.171 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2. According to the de-facto complainant, the accused have kidnapped his daughter for the purpose of marriage.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the daughter of the de-facto complainant and the first accused in this case had love affair and on 02.03.2015, she had joined with the first accused and had later she was secured by Gujiliyamparai Police and custody was given to the de-facto complainant and again on 02.04.2015, the daughter of the de-facto complainant, on here own volition, jointed with the first accused and they had gone to Andrapradesh and the alleged victim was secured on 15.05.2015 and the first accused was arrested and remanded to judicial custody. The learned counsel for the petitioners further submitted that the second accused is friend of the first accused and the accused 3 and 4 are his parents and they have been falsely roped in the case.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the victim is secured and this is a case of love affair.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of their arrest or on their appearance before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasanthoor, Dindigul District and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter as and when required. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

6. The petitioners shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
