Heard both sides.
2. The petitioner has submitted representation dated 31.01.2024 before the third respondent. There appears to be a dispute between the petitioner on the one hand and the grand mother on the other. According to the petitioner, he is entitled to 20 cents of land, while the grand mother is entitled to 20 cents of land. A portion appears to have been taken away for road purposes.
3. The third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in the matter and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 31.01.2024. Notices shall be issued to all the interested persons. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. Final order shall be passed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
