ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner had purchased the petition mentioned property from one Chandrakaluvan. The petitioner claims that only subsequently, he came to know that the subject property was the subject matter of O.S.No.104 of 2007 on the file of District Munsif Court, Madurai Taluk and that the respondent society had obtained decree in their favour on 21.12.2011. The petitioner is now ready to purchase the property from the third respondent. In this regard, he has given a representation dated 29.01.2023. It is for the third respondent to take a call in the matter. This Court will not be justified in issuing any positive direction. The third respondent is called upon to dispose of the petitioner's request on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
