ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.391 of 2017 and direct the respondent to strictly comply with the order dated 16.11.2023 passed in Crl.MP.No.8193 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Virudhunagar.

2. Heard the learned counsels on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that the respondent police is remaining idle even after a lapse of two years from the date of passing order by the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Virudhunagar in Crl.MP.No.8193 of 2023. In this regard the police is directed to comply with the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Virudhunagar in Crl.MP.No.8193 of 2023, dated 16.11.2023 forthwith and conclude the investigation as expeditiously as possible within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
