ORDER

By order dated 15.07.2016 in Crl OP(MD) No.11764 of 2016, this Court has directed the second respondent to conduct enquiry and follow the decision reported in Lalitha Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P & others (2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC) and if any cognizable offence is made out, to register the complaint.

2.Thereafter, this petition has been listed today under the caption "for being mentioned".

3.Today, the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents would submit that petition enquiry has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ conducted and it has been closed.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that no enquiry has been conducted and therefore, the respondents must be directed to conduct enquiry.

5.As the enquiry is stated to be already conducted and closed, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy based upon the closure report.

6.Under such circumstances, no further clarification is required in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11764 of 2016.
