ORDER
The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking to include her name in the P.G.Assistant Tamil and consequently to direct the first respondent to include the name of the petitioner in the panel of P.G.Assistant (Tamil) for the year 2021-2022 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.01.2022.
2. The petitioner has completed B.Lit., in the year 2002. Then B.Ed., in the year 2004 and M.A., (Tamil) in the year 2005 and M.A., (Economics) in the year 2015. The petitioner's name was not included, since the respondents have alleged that there is an overlapping of degree for B.Ed., and M.A.
3. The contention of the petitioner is that she discontinued from B.Ed., degree, thereafter, completed M.A., after completing M.A., again she continued the second year of B.Ed., course. Hence, the contention of the petitioner is her degree is not overlapping. The petitioner also relied on the judgment in W.A.No.1035 of 2017 dated 24.11.2017.
4. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the entire issue. The respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.01.2022 in the light of Division Bench order stated supra.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
