ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondents to conduct the investigation and to file final report in Crime No.319 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police before the concerned Court within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.319 of 2017 for the alleged offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 324 and 506(i) of I.P.C. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions

submitted that final report has already been filed on 20.06.2017 before the Lok Adalath and some of the accused also have admitted their guilty. It is further stated that accused Nos.2 and 3 are the Juvenile accused and that therefore, the case has been referred to Juvenile Justice Board.

5. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
