This quash petition is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.113 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C. has already been closed against the petitioner.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
