ORDER

This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.53 of 2017, dated 02.02.2017 pending investigation on the file of the second respondent and to file a final report within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation is almost over and that final report is likely to be filed within a period of three months. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the said statement, the Criminal original petition is allowed. The second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.53 of 2017 and to file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
