ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that the order of this Court dated 23.06.2025 passed in W.P.Crl.(MD)No.264 of 2025 has not been complied with, has filed this Contempt Petition.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that when the Deputy Commissioner of Police has reviewed the case of the petitioner, it was found that the petitioner has also involved in another case in Crime No.23 of 2026 for the offence under Sections 115(2), 2/4

296(b) and 351(3) of BNS. Therefore, the history sheet, opened as against the petitioner, has been allowed to continue, by the proceedings of the Deputy Commissioner of Police (South), Tiruchirappalli City, dated 07.02.2026. The said proceedings has also been placed before this Court and also to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
