ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 27.08.2017. 2.Heard Mr.R.Shankar Ganesh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Anbarasan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side), who takes notice for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that without calling the petitioner for enquiry, the respondent has closed the complaint.

4. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side), on the contrary, contended that inspite of several times the petitioner was informed, the petitioner never appeared for enquiry and hence, the complaint was closed.

5.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to send one more complaint by Registered Post along with the relevant documents. If any such complaint is sent, the respondent police should enquire the matter https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and after enquiry, if it is found that any cognizable offence is made out, it has to be registered and proceed in accordance with law.
