ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking transfer of O.S.No.50 of 2020 now pending on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Papanasam, Thanjavur District to the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Valangaimaan, Thiruvarur District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.

3. The suit is filed for permanent injunction. It is submitted that the suit is at the stage of marking of documents on the side of the defendants. The petitioner seeks transfer of the suit from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

TR.C.M.P.(MD).No.147 of 2020 Papanasm to Thiruvarur District and the distance between those two places is only 15 kms. Hence, this Court finds no merit in this petition.

4. In fine this petition is dismissed.

No costs.
