O R D E R

The prayer in this writ petition is for a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to issue no due certificate as if there are no loan liabilities based on the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2017 within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that with regard to his grievance for getting no due certificate, he has given a representation dated 10.08.2017 to the respondent corporation and the same is pending without any disposal. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the said representation of the petitioner dated 10.08.2017 will be considered, on merits and in accordance with law, and an order to that effect would be passed, within a time to be stipulated by this Court.

5.Considering the said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this writ petition is disposed of, with consent of both sides, at the admission stage, with the following direction. 6.The petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2017 shall be considered by the second respondent and pass orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.With this direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
