Respondents PRAYER: The petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records relating to the detention order passed by the Second respondent pertaining to the order made in Crl.M.P.No.11/18 dated 21.03.2018 is detaining the detenu under 2(F) of Tamil Nadu Act of 1982 as a Goonda and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu Theja @ Baskar, Son of Karuppiah, aged about 29 years who is detained at the Central Prison, Tiruchirappali, before this Court and set him at liberty.
