2. The main Review Application has been filed by the Sub Registrar on the ground that certain particulars have not been brought to his notice.

3. When this Court has clearly passed an Order by setting aside the refusal slip and directed to register the document, the Sub Registrar has to comply the Order. On a perusal of the grounds in the review application, there is no apparent error on the face of the record. As the very review application itself is not maintainable, this petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the Review Application is rejected.
