ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A15 in Crime No.33 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was surrendered before the respondent Police on 13.02.2015 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 147,148,341,201,506(ii) and 302 of IPC, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the deceased Sekar is the first wife's son of the de facto complainant. Due to civil dispute on 11.02.2015, the accused attacked the deceased with Aruval and caused his death.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has not committed any offence and due to compulsion by the other accused he surrendered before the Judicial Magistrate, Sirkali, the application could be considered. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner has impersonated himself as A2 and surrendered before the Court. It is further submitted that the petitioner is not having any bad antecedents.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Thanjavur and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police twice a day daily at 10.00 a.m., and 5.30 pm until further orders.
