ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to bring on record petitioner Nos.2 to 6 herein as the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant, namely Krishnakumar, and rank them as appellant Nos.2 to 6 in the Second Appeal in S.A.(MD).No.303 of 2012 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the sole respondent has not raised any objection to allow this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
