O R D E R

1. The petitioner alleges that the harassment at the hands of the first respondent.

2. It appears that the petitioner's first marriage ended in divorce. There is some kind of relationship between the petitioner and the second respondent. The second respondent gave a complaint to the first respondent and the first respondent is insisting that the petitioner should marry the second respondent. Therefore, this criminal original petition has been filed.

3. I am of the view that in such cases it is not open to the first respondent to bring any coercive pressure on the petitioner. Therefore, taking note of the said allegations, the following directions are issued:- i) If the first respondent wants to enquire the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2 CRL.O.P.(MD)NO. 4456 OF 2020 petitioner, the first respondent shall issue formal summons in writing to the petitioner.

ii) If the first respondent intends to register any First Information Report against the petitioner herein, the petitioner will be given notice so that the petitioner will have sufficient breathing time to move this Court for the relief of anticipatory bail.

4. With these directions, the criminal original petition stands disposed of.
