ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 20.12.2016. 2.Heard Mr.S.Muthalraj, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Anbarasan, learned Government Advocate (crl. side), who takes notice for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) submitted that after receipt of the complaint, enquiry has been conducted and the complaint has been closed on 10.11.2017.

4..Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. It is open to the petitioner to avail any other remedy available under the law.
