Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner has alleged that she was wrongfully confined and harassed by the third respondent. That led to the filing of this writ petition. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate on instructions clarified that the petitioner's elder sister/Jayabharathi lodged a complaint that her daughter was given in a marriage to a 40 year old son against her wish. Since a telephonic complaint was received, it was enquired by the second respondent as well as the third respondent. The enquiry reveals that the said allegation is incorrect.
