This Criminal Original petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent to file final report in Crime No.4 of 2015 on the file of the respondent within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that final report has already been filed on 28.09.2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi, Trichy District and the same is yet to be taken on file.

4. Hence, the Criminal Original petition is closed with a direction to the respondent to see that Charge Sheet is taken on

file by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi, Trichy District, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
