O R D E R

This petition is filed for issuing a direction to second respondent to register a case against the accused persons on the representation dated 19.07.2017 and investigate the same and file the final report within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner, an FIR has been registered in Crime No.25 of 2017, for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 120(B) and 468 of IPC, on 06.12.2017.

3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is closed.
