ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned result of the petitioner which was published through the official website by the second respondent for the examination held for the post of Village Administrative Officer (2014-2015) in respect of the petitioner alone and to direct the respondent herein to keep one post vacant for post of Village Administrative Officer, if the respondent call for the said post in future. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent has produced the statement of marks and rank obtained by the petitioner for the examination, which was conducted on 28.02.2016 by the respondent wherein the petitioner has scored 109.5 marks under the communal category of SC. It is informed by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent that the petitioner did not fall within the zone of consideration. 2/4

3.In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
