This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to provide three marks for question Nos.37,81, 92 in Part A and six marks for question Nos.21,23,38 in Part B for the examination conducted under Notification No.14 of 2019, dated 27.11.2019 for the selection to the post of Lecturers in Government Polytechnic Colleges and special Institutions (Engineering/Non Engineering) for the year 2017-2018.

2. The petitioner has participated in the examination which was conducted on 10.12.2021. According to the petitioner for question No.37, it does not mention carbon number in the question. Likewise, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.4759 of 2022 the petitioner has mentioned that certain questions are out of portion. Therefore, the petitioner prayed to award marks to such questions.

3. This Court, without expressing any view on this claim simply directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 11.03.2022 and consider the same in accordance to law and pass orders.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
