Mr.Jayesh Dolia, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and also sought liberty to file the Writ Petition before the Principal Seat, since only the Principal Seat has got jurisdiction to entertain the Writ Petition and the learned counsel also made an endorsement to that effect.
