ORDER

The petitioner is a street vendor. Complaining that the respondent may evict him, this writ petition has been filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel states that neither the respondent gave any permission nor is there any move on the part of the respondent to vacate the writ petitioner as of now. He would state that it is the State Highways authority which appears to be interfering with the writ petitioner. Therefore, the writ petitioner has to seek his remedy only against the police and the state highways authority. 3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions is closed.
