Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner submitted an application for issuance of passport. It appears that the petitioner was involved in a case of affray some years back. That need not act as an impediment. 3.The first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application as expeditiously as possible and issue passport, subject to the fulfilment of other usual formalities.
