Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.JOSEPH JERRY, Advocate for M/S.VEDHAGIRI CHALKA.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- 1/3

Heard both sides.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly for the past 14 days.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order but the amount involved in this case is more than Rs.70,00,000/-, hence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition already imposed on the petitioner to the effect that petitioner has to appear before the respondent Police once in three months at 10.30 a.m.
