This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 3 and 4 not to harass the petitioner and his family members in a civil matter, based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.02.2025.

2.According to the petitioner, there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the private respondents, thereby, the eighth respondent lodged a complaint as against the petitioner and taking advantage of the same, now the respondents 3 and 4 attempted to interfere with the civil dispute and harass the petitioners. Therefore, the petitioner sent the representation dated 21.02.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondent police and submits that already the respondent police received the complaint from the petitioner and the same is under consideration, which will be considered and disposed of within a period of one week. He further submits that during enquiry, the respondent police have not harassed the petitioner.
4.Since the third respondent has denied the alleged harassment, recording the same, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 21.02.2025, within a period of one week in accordance with law. 3/5
