2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. Though the petitioner sought for transfer the pending investigation, no specific ground is made out for considering the said prayer. However, taking note of the pendency of the complaint for more than one year and substantial progress has to be done, the second respondent is directed to file a final report within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the first respondent is directed to supervise the investigation.
