ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to fix the revaluation for acquiring the petitioner's property found as a shopping complex more especially located at T.S.No.69/3A, Plot No.71, Siluvathur Road, Balakrishnapuram, Dindigul - 624 005 Dindigul East Taluk, Dindigul District and further direct the respondents to pay a compensation of Rs.40,20,000/- based on the petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2017 and 23.01.2020.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted before this Court that the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
