ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners on 24.02.2025 under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, praying to grant an order of pre-arrest bail.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submits that the Current Paper Enquiry was closed. The above submission is recorded.
3. In view of the above submission, the petitioners have no reasonable apprehension of arrest at the hands of the respondent-Police. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
