The petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to withdraw and transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.474 of 2014 on the file of the second respondent to the third respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

3. Though the petitioner sought for transfer the pending investigation, there is no specific substantial ground for considering the said prayer. However, taking note of the pendency of the complaint for more than one year and the substantial progress has to be done, the second respondent is directed to file a final report within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the first respondent is directed to supervise the investigation.
