Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wants to conduct the petition mentioned event on 28.03.2020 and 29.03.2020. The petitioner has given a representation in this regard on 06.03.2020. 3.The second respondent is directed to issue proceedings permitting the petitioner to hold the event. It is open to the second respondent to incorporate appropriate conditions including timings for ensuring smooth and peaceful conduct of the event. The petitioner's counsel, on instructions, gives an undertaking that he will abide by the conditions that may be imposed by the second respondent.
