ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the learned District Munsif, Lalgudi, to dispose of the Execution Petition in E.P.No.02 of 2018, preferred to execute the decree and judgment in O.S.No.201 of 2009 dated 29.07.2011, within a reasonable time to be granted by this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a claim petition has been filed by the (*)Respondent in E.A.No.2 of 2022 which is pending without any progress.

3. The B-Diary extract shows that inspite of repeated adjournments, the respondent herein did not take any steps to produce further witnesses.

4. On that account, considering the oldness of the decree, there shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif, Lalgudi, to dispose of the E.A.No.2 of 2022 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. (*)Corrected as per the order of this court dated 05.04.2024 made in CRP(MD).687 of 2024.
