ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner complains of UDR error. If that be so, the second respondent the authority competent to correct the same. It is well known that there is no limitation of filing a petition for correcting UDR error. The petitioner is permitted to file an appropriate petition before the second respondent seeking relief now sought for. The second respondent shall enquire into it and pass order thereon within a period of twelve weeks after the receipt of such representation. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
