O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents no.1 and 2 to take appropriate actions against 3rd and 4th respondents.
2. According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint against the 3rd and 4th respondents for the dereliction of duty and not taking action based on the petitioner's complaint.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner sent a representation as against the respondents no.3 and 4 before the respondents no.1 and 2 and now the complaint of the petitioner is under enquiry by the 2nd respondent.

4. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to take action against the 3rd and 4th respondents and the complaint of the petitioner is under consideration by the 2nd respondent, it is for 2nd respondent to take appropriate action. Therefore, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry and take appropriate action on the complaint in accordance with law by affording an opportunity to both the parties.
5. With the above said observations and direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
