Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the third respondent to award adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb by taking into consideration of his representation dated 12.04.2015 and pass such any or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks a direction to the third respondent to award adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb by taking into consideration of his representation dated 12.04.2015.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the land in Survey No.26/3B-1A measuring 52 cents in Korampallam Village and that some miscreants were consuming liquor and thereafter, bottles were littered on his vacant land. In this regard, the petitioner seems to have given a representation to the respondent police on 12.04.2015 for taking appropriate action. Since no action has been by the respondent police, this Criminal Original Petition has been filed.

3. The petitioner has not provided any proof for having given the representation. If the petitioner gives a fresh representation to the respondent police, the same shall be looked into and action shall be taken in accordance with law.
