ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of an enquiry. 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner arranged for a job for son of the second respondent. Later the son of the second respondent had love affairs with someone and eloped. The petitioner and the son of the second respondent claims that there is no other connection between the missing of the boy. But unnecessarily, the first respondent is harassing the petitioner and prayed for a direction not to harass the petitioner. 3.On the side of the first respondent, it is stated that the second respondent has lodged the complaint against the petitioner regarding the missing of the son, as the petitioner arranged job for the son of the second respondent.

Just to know the whereabouts of son of the second respondent, the first respondent enquired the petitioner. No case is pending against the petitioner. 4.In the above circumstances, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the second respondent is directed not to physically harass the petitioner.
