ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the third respondent to issue legal heir certificate for the death of one Chinna Goundar, who is the petitioner's father's younger brother.

2. A perusal of the records reveal that the petitioner has given only a representation and has not made any online application. In case if any online application is filed along with documents, the same shall be decided on merits within a period of 8(eight) weeks from the date of application.

3. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
